Bolero style panels wrap the shoulders with cap puffed sleeves, before joining the sweetheart neckline that’s gathered at the bustline. The fitted bodice flares from the waist seam into a full circle skirt, with pockets at the side seams for all of your essentials. The skirt provides beautiful movement on it’s own, or style with one of our petticoats for even more vintage volume.
